As a Client Relationship Coordinator based in our Pension Retention team, you will be r esponsible for the day to day management of a portfolio containing a significant number of clients. You will be the main point of contact in relation to Mercer services, maintaining a relationship with clients and coordinating services from specialists within the business This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Learn the basics of the Pension provider products, services and tools within Mercer Elect - gaining an understanding of products, services and technical tools, participating in training courses, online learning, or through learning from more experienced colleagues. Take ownership of a portfolio of Pension clients that are aligned to the Mercer Elect proposition. Take the client through the whole sales process from onboarding, implementation and ad hoc employer queries. Engage with your portfolio of clients on a proactive basis, holding annual renewal calls with the client and guide them through a mid-year review meeting. Generate Leads for the other parts of the business for MMB proposition within your existing client bank and pass these to the appropriate teams. Assist the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering and analysing data to be used for various client projects for Mercer clients. Follow up with client or existing clients regarding missing or inaccurate information and yearly updates. Ensure all client files have the most recent correspondence and client information.
