We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Quality Control Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all products are up to our high standards before they are dispatched to customers.

Responsibilities
Work as part of the quality control team to organise and inspect inbound bulk shipments across Clothing and Footwear to ensure delivery meets the standard set out by the tech team both technically and aesthetically in line with the approved shipment sample:
1. Measure and inspect garments against shipment sample.
2. Update Excel workbook and keep a detailed record of defects and faults, including photos, measurements and comments.
3. Liaise with technical team regarding rejections.
4. Must be commercially aware of timelines and the requirement to resolve issues ASAP when stock is on hold.
5. Ensure shipment tracker/performance tracker, critical path and all ARNE spreadsheets are kept up to date.
Essential Experience and Skills
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* Experienced on Excel, Word & Outlook.
* Organised and hardworking.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Quality control and inspection skills.
* Previous experience with AQL standards.
* Ability to take accurate measurements.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
