Housing Manager (TRAINING PROVIDED)
Location: Warminster
Contract: 2-months+ (immediate start - 17/2/25 suggested)
Hours: Part-time (26 hours per week) - flexible on whether it's completed over 3 or 4 days.
Rate: £18 / hour Umbrella
Job Overview:
A leading Retirement Housing Provider is searching for a Housing Manager to work on a 3-month contract (minimum) with the potential for going permanent in Warminster. This position will provide elderly people with a supported living environment by delivering effective and high-quality housing and support services to residents, enabling them to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operations of multiple housing units around Warminster.
2. Ensure all periodic checks are completed and recorded, including checking on the residents.
3. Organise trips out and assist residents with bills that they need help with.
4. Identify issues, raise orders, and manage reactive repairs on site.
5. Procure and manage contractors for local services as required.
6. Manage staff and rent accounts.
7. Assist the manager in setting court budgets.
Requirements:
1. Experience managing people.
2. Excellent multi-tasking skills.
3. Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
4. Valid UK driving license (to travel to other sites as necessary).
5. Competent IT skills.
