Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.
This is an excellent opportunity to have oversight of many areas of the business and Customer journey. You will also be working with both internal and external partners.
We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with data and has an analytical mindset.
What awaits you?
* Produce actionable insight showing trends and areas of improvement for quality.
* Support the management of the BMW outsource quality assurance provider.
* Assess the Quality of the audits performed by our outsourced quality provider.
* Support the designing of new quality assurance assessments.
* Support the service delivery improvement of operational teams and outsource providers to deliver better customer outcomes.
* Produce and deliver Management Information presentations on quality performance.
* Work with complex data sets ensuring their accuracy.
* Learn how to manage external providers.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Maths, Analytics, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
* A genuine passion and interest in the automotive industry.
* Analytical thinker with the ability to use data to show trends and identify root causes.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously.
