Rotational Shift: 12hr, 6pm-6am
Basic Pay Rate Day / Night: GBP13.38ph

Due to continual business growth, gap personnel are currently seeking new team members to join the diverse, friendly, and passionate team at Yeo Valley. Based at their stunning site in Blagdon, we have several Night Food Production Operator positions available with immediate starts.
As a Night Food Production Operator, you will become an important part of a team supporting the production and supply chain teams on the site you are based. You will support the delivery of daily KPIs and targets, ensuring high levels of efficiency and food safety standards, whilst working as part of the site’s operations team.
Your role will include:
* Working well within a team, playing an active part in team and business successes.
* Engaging with daily challenges and opportunities and working effectively with others to overcome.
* Working with site teams to ensure effective use of raw materials and resources, and actively participating in improvement projects and activities aligned with team and site objectives.
* Demonstrating a commitment to health and safety by working in a safe manner, role modelling safety behaviours, challenging unsafe practices, rectifying unsafe conditions, and escalating to other team members when support is needed.
* Actively participating in the quality management system, ensuring all relevant controls and procedures are completed effectively to validate food safety controls.
* Escalating any food safety breaches or quality issues and ensuring that any product below standards is identified, held, and the issues are escalated appropriately, resolved, and released.
* Understanding and adhering to good manufacturing practices, company standards of hygiene, PPE, and dress code. Practicing a 'Clean as You Go' approach, maintaining workplace organisation and visual management standards.
