Job Title: Supply Teacher with Humanities Specialism

Leader Education are recruiting a highly motivated Supply Teacher to work at a Secondary School in Durham.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sharing their knowledge in an engaging and confident manner. Experience working with KS4 and KS5 students is essential.
This role involves covering a full timetable from after Easter until the summer holidays.
This school is dedicated to promoting, kindness, and resilience in its students.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4pm.
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
* A current DBS that is on the update system, or a willingness to obtain one
* Previous experience as a Humanities teacher
* Ability to effectively deliver the curriculum, offering support, advice and guidance to pupils
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with pupils, colleagues, parents and other professionals
* Adaptability and initiative to accommodate for various learning type and abilities, striving towards social and academic development
* High expectations and aspirations for young people and themselves
