If so, we want to hear from you The Role We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and support a team of Field Service Engineers within the water treatment industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise when required. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage & Support Field Engineers – Oversee and assist engineers with service delivery and troubleshooting. ✅ Client Account Management – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service levels. ✅ Site Surveys & Technical Support – Conduct site visits, provide technical insights, and support the team with installations & maintenance. ✅ Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure all services meet industry standards and regulations. ✅ Project Coordination – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in water treatment or a related field. Strong technical background with the ability to support engineers in the field. Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent customer service. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Water Treatment, Environmental Science, Engineering). Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to technical challenges. Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity from South Scotland.
