Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading employer in North Bradford to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities will involve To process daily shipments through our ERP system and ship / invoice goods Create returns / replacements through the ERP system Log and pick up customer complaints through the system and ensuring complaints are acknowledged / completed within a timely manner To liaise with manufacturing teams to progress orders on customers behalf. Assist and Lead various weekly update calls with Customers Cover incoming business calls coming into the Site Prepare all export documentation / certification relevant to shipments General admin duties i.e. word / excel / outlook To support & assist Quality department with documentation and general admin when required Encourage good customer relationships throughout the team To become multifunctional within the Customer Service team in order to provide cover / or assistance where necessary. Any other duties within the Customer Service team The Person Experienced in a busy customer service role Ability to prioritise workload Strong MS Skills
