Head of Operations Salary: £55,125 per annum Benefits: Private health insurance (post-probation), company car, 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic leader to oversee operations across a diverse portfolio of care services, including Children’s Services, Adult Learning Disabilities Services, and Respite Care. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and develop operational teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Collaborate with Registered Managers to ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive service improvements. Identify growth opportunities, oversee new service mobilisation, and contribute to strategic planning. Act as the Nominated Individual for CQC and organisational Safeguarding Lead. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Proven leadership experience within regulated care settings. In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding principles. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and inspire high-performing teams.
