WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Process content tasks from SEO specialists and monitor their execution.
2. Publish content on websites (WordPress and other CMS).
3. Search freelancers and manage copywriters (setting technical tasks, monitoring deadlines, communication).
4. Quality control of texts before publication (compliance with SEO requirements, grammar, structure, uniqueness).
5. Edit AI texts (checking for accuracy, style, and uniqueness).
6. Generate texts using AI and further editing.
7. Automate content processes (configuring ChatGPT, Grammarly, SurferSEO, API integrations).
8. Optimize copywriters' workflow and content processes for rapid scaling.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
1. 1-2 years of experience as a Content Manager / SEO Content Manager.
2. Ability to work with copywriters, editors, and freelancers.
3. Knowledge of SEO basics (keywords, text structure, LSI, internal linking).
4. Experience working with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
5. Text editing and proofreading skills.
6. Proficiency in Google Docs, Trello, Notion, Jira.
7. Experience using AI text generators (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
8. English level B2+ (for working with English-language content).
9. Experience in managing large-scale content projects (100+ articles per month) – will be a plus.
10. Ability to automate content processes (templates, API integrations) – will be a plus.
11. Experience working with SurferSEO, Ahrefs, and Semrush will be a plus.
12. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be a plus.
