• Appreciation of the Christian ethos of the school through clarity of vision.
• Make effective use of formative assessment.
• Identify the learning needs of individuals and groups and plan supportive interventions where necessary.
• Provide quality feedback to pupils.
• Define, identify and deliver highly effective teaching and learning.
