Key Responsibilities include:
* Autonomous Leadership: Take ownership of your territory, desk, plan, and prioritise key activities for yourself + junior team members. Taking on the role of someone who drives performance, shares market insights, and nurtures the next generation of recruitment talent.
* Billing Excellence: Lead the charge by consistently billing and delivering top-tier Contract and Permanent placements. Bringing your self-generated clients onboard, and be recognised as one of the top billers in the business!
* Client & Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting, exclusive relationships with clients and candidates. Be the go-to expert, offering market-leading advice and ensuring a world-class service at every step.
* New Business Growth: Actively contribute to business strategy, identify new market opportunities, and lead key client accounts while driving new business development. In addition, being an influence across the business, providing critical updates and market trends.
* Team Development & Coaching: Share your expertise, delivering training to junior consultants and supporting the team in achieving success. Becoming respected leader that inspires, motivates, and coaches those around you.
* Resourcing Mastery: With a vast, passive candidate network, focus on delivering market-leading results with minimal resourcing time. Your high-quality presentations will set the standard!
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment, or within a Sales Business Development role
* Proven New Business winner, who also has a track record of developing long-lasting relationships, and existing accounts.
