Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager, our 360 Consultants will ensure effective sales strategies are in place to increase the level of new business conversions achieved.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct full and thorough registrations, ensuring all applicants meet the requirements of our clients.
2. Meeting and greeting candidates/Interviewing candidates.
3. Maintain a high level of branch housekeeping standards, managing internal standards.
4. Ensure that the CRM system is fully updated.
5. Liaising with clients and meeting their requirements.
6. Advertising jobs on job boards and social media sites.
7. Attend/participate in monthly individual review meetings.
8. Initiate sufficient level of contact to all customers ensuring strong relationships built and customer commitment maintained and developed.
9. Conduct site visits to all new customers prior to supply.
10. Conduct check-in and rebook calls to all working employees.
11. Ensure all applicant issues, questions, and concerns raised are managed in a timely manner ensuring a satisfactory conclusion for all concerned.
12. Ensure competitive and profitable pricing negotiated in line with company pricing directives.
13. Ensure competitive hour pay rates considering both internal, customer, and competitor parity.
14. Ensure credit checks are completed in line with company policy and TOB's issued to all customers.
15. Generate leads using all resources available.
16. Identify competitor information using all resources available.
17. Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts.
18. Ensure consistent achievement of agreed monthly targets.
19. Ensure that all required sales materials are sent to prospective customers and meet company standards.
