The successful candidate will oversee a team of accomplished Consultants and Resourcers, receiving comprehensive support and guidance from senior management. This billing role requires a proven track record in agency recruitment, ideally with management experience in education or social care.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is offered for this position. Additionally, benefits and opportunities for professional growth are included.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Consultants and Resourcers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive recruitment growth and improve team performance.
Requirements
* Proven experience in agency recruitment, preferably in education or social care.
* Successful management experience, including team leadership and coaching.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
