Main duties of the job Provide a high standard of individualised care to children attending the PAU, acting as a role model and supporting the Senior Sister/Charge nurse in driving quality care provision forward Be responsible for standards of cleanliness in PAU in partnership with the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse Provide clear clinical leadership to staff, deputising for the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in her/his absence, assisting in meeting the standard of all children being assessed, treated and discharged.
