Who are we?
We have been around since 1996. You will be able to find us in most convenience stores. We manage £15 billion worth of transactions every year, for over 6,000 clients.
This is a fixed term contract role from 24th February - 24th October 2025, paying £14,096. Working hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am - 5.15pm with one in every 10 weekends.
What will you be doing?
You will be taking calls from our retailers who are based in convenience stores across the country. You will listen, empathize, and find solutions to the problems faced by our retailers. You will also manage queries via email, calls, and audio messages. We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you become comfortable with our products and processes.
What would we like from you?
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel
3. Flexibility – you may be asked to cover some extra shifts
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
5. Technically minded with the ability to solve technical queries once trained
