Permanent – Marketing Manager – Based in St Helens - Hybrid
Salary up to £35k – Great Opportunity to work in a stand-alone Marketing role!
Responsibilities:
* Implement and oversee all marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels for 4 business products and services
* Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
* Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
* Manage and coordinate marketing literature
* Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
* Brainstorm ideas for new email campaigns, using Zoho
* Coordinate with the Sales Manager to produce effective marketing & sales strategies
* Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
* Ad hoc projects as and when required
* Design and order company branded merchandise
Skills Required:
* Must have experience working in a similar Marketing/Social Media role
* Able to work in a stand-alone role
* Extensive social media experience (facebook, tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Proven success in developing marketing plans and email campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
* Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
* Experience of working in a b2b sector would be preferred
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Monday -Friday 8.30am-5pm - 1 day from home
