Job summary Join Our Acute Cardiac Ward Team as a Nurse This exciting opportunity is open to both newly qualified and experienced nurses eager to advance their careers in Cardiology. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to our 18-bedded Acute Cardiac Ward. You will care for a diverse range of cardiac conditions, including Myocardial Infarction, Heart Failure, Arrhythmias, Endocarditis, and Pericardial Effusions. Additionally, you will be involved in the pre- and post-care of patients undergoing interventional procedures in our adjacent Silver Heart Unit. Candidates should be prepared to participate in our 24/7 rota, including covering Long Days, Nights, Weekends, and Bank Holidays as required. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities Utilising your clinical skills, you will assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care for patients pre- and post-procedure.
