The Role:
We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in any of our regional offices including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or Stockton-on-Tees. In return, we offer an attractive remuneration package alongside various other great benefits detailed on the “What we offer” tab on our careers page.
As the HR Coordinator, you will provide a comprehensive service, implement best practices, and maintain key processes & procedures across the group.
What you will be doing:
* Monitor the HR email inbox and respond accordingly to any employee queries in a timely manner.
* Assisting with employee engagement, employee relations, and D&I initiatives.
* Continually review HR processes and operational services, sharing solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that can be implemented.
* Conduct exit interviews and advise our senior leadership team on corrective action and continuous improvement.
* Attend grievance, capability, and disciplinary meetings.
* Participate and collaborate with our various departments to develop and implement HR initiatives.
* Review and refine HR policies where necessary.
Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience within HR either as a HR Coordinator or at a similar level.
* Proficient with MS Office.
* Willing to travel when required.
