Sous Chef - Hospitality & Fine Dining

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Sous Chef to join our dedicated catering team. You'll produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in a highly innovative corporate environment.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Working with the Head Chef to produce high-end and high-quality food for Hospitality and Fine Dining.
* Supporting in the creation of exciting menu concepts that align with our sustainable, plant-focused approach.
* Adhering to Health & Safety (H&S) and Food & Hygiene (F&H) standards.
* Conducting stock-taking and managing the ordering of stock to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
* Deputising in the Head Chef's absence and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen.
