Job Description: The Strategic Partner Account Manager and Sales Development Lead maintains and expands relationships with authorized HPE Genuine Spare Partners. S/he is responsible for supporting Partners to achieve their sales quota and drive profitable business growth through strategic objectives and plans. S/he drives sales enablement plans to deliver growth via the Partner Indirect RTM. Job specifics/responsibilities: Develops in-depth knowledge of EMEA Total Addressable Market and competitive landscape. Develops sales plan to increases sales in countries with low Market coverage via a direct and in-direct RTM model. Responsible for managing Replacement Part Partners, building professional productive working relationship with ability to influence. Proactively leads business planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Supports Partners to deliver on assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic joint objectives. Works with Partners to develop business plans, assessing and developing new business opportunities in collaboration with EMEA Business team. Coordinates activities across Account Management team such as QBR schedules/content, KPI measurements, forecasting accuracy. Works directly with HPE Global Accounts to support business needs. Lead (communication ) Develop in-depth knowledge of Partner Network, EMEA Market coverage and competitive landscape Key deliverables/accountabilities: Measures Partner Performance against targets (Orders, Revenue). Manages Partner forecasting activities to deliver predictable results. – need to influence Prepares and delivers Quarterly business reviews with Partners (QBRs). – agenda Manages partner’s sales pipeline Analyzes Partner sales data to determine risk/opportunity and develops action plans to drive business growth/manage business risk. Proactively manages Partners portfolio.
