As a Retail Service Manager, you will receive an initial salary of £25,978 per year during training (based on a 35-hour week), rising to £30,311 per year after training (based on a 35-hour week) and £32,906 per year based on a 38-hour week.

CrossCountry is looking to recruit Retail Service Managers to join their busy team in Edinburgh.
As a Retail Service Manager, you will be at the frontline of our business, ensuring our customers receive a great journey on our trains. If you can show an ability to communicate at all levels, a strong face-to-face customer service ethos, and the ability to work to a high standard consistently, we might be the business for you!
As an outgoing and confident person, you will interact with passengers throughout the train and be expected to work closely with other colleagues, both on the train and at the local offices. Our most successful colleagues onboard our trains have strong customer service or sales backgrounds and come from a variety of industries and sectors including retail, hospitality, and catering.
The role will involve selling refreshments to customers throughout the train and also offering complimentary refreshments to our First Class customers.

2. Standards: Maintaining the company image through great uniform standards, following the business procedures, and going the extra mile for the customer.

4. Results Focused: Ensuring you can hit your sales or service targets is vital and achieving your personal objectives.
5. Location: Living within 1 hour’s commute of the location you wish to work in is essential. Due to the hours and days you will be working, you must be able to get to and from work for an early morning start or a late evening finish.
