Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
* Assisting with planning and preparing educational materials
* Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant degree in Education or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for working with students and supporting their learning
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of educational principles and practises
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working in a similar role
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar. The position may require some additional hours beyond the standard school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
