We are looking for an Associate Project Manager within our Creative team. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for video games and a desire to build a career in marketing, we would love to hear from you. Experience in advertising is a plus, but a strong aptitude for project management and a willingness to learn are essential.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting project management with nDreams marketing campaigns, and our sister publisher Megabit's titles, coordinating and tracking creative assets.
The rundown:
* 6 month fixed term contract
* Full time (37.5 hours per week)
* Hybrid
* Salary is competitive and dependent on experience
Key responsibilities:
* Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on maintaining project schedules and timelines.
* Assist in the coordination of marketing asset production, working with internal creative teams and external agencies or contractors as needed. This may include gathering assets, tracking feedback, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Assist in management of external client relationships.
* Contribute to project status reporting and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with team members to support resource allocation and prioritization, helping to identify and address potential challenges related to time, resources, or budget.
* Assist in maintaining budget tracking as well as billing for external campaigns.
* Support a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to team projects.
Requirements
The skills you’ll need:
* 1-3+ years’ experience within marketing/creative production or project management role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proven experience both proactively and reactively solving project challenges.
* Experience collaborating and negotiating with individuals and teams of different backgrounds, seniorities, and viewpoints, including with game developers.
The nice to haves:
* An understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and approaches.
* Awareness, knowledge and passion for video games and the operational aspects of games publishing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant project management tools is a plus.
* A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
