Instructional Designer, FTC 12-18 months, Woking, c£45,000 to £50,000, Hybrid
Our client is a global leader in their field, known for innovation and a commitment to excellence. Due to an exciting period of transformation, they are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support their technical training programs. This role has been created to design and implement a global training curriculum that will shape the future of the company's technical teams, ensuring consistency and quality across international markets.
Reporting into the Technical Learning & Development Manager, this role will focus on developing engaging, multi-language training materials, both for in-person workshops and digital platforms. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create content that supports a centralised approach to training, while ensuring local adaptation to meet the needs of diverse teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Project management of learning content
* Stakeholder collaboration
* Driving continuous improvement in training delivery
You will be a creative and organised individual with a solid background in Learning & Development. Experience using Articulate RISE and Storyline to create high-quality content is essential, and familiarity with tools like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be advantageous. Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver at scale will be crucial to your success in this role. Ideally, you’ll also have experience in designing training within operational environments and an understanding of the challenges technicians face.
