Key Responsibilities:
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be essential in enhancing the store's performance. As well as mentoring the sales team and enhancing their performance, you will be a motivating sales agent, demonstrating thorough customer service and product knowledge – leading from the front.
Moreover, you will:
1. Mentor & inspire the sales team, ensuring they are effectively meeting expectations whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
2. Build rapport with key customers, working side-by-side with Sales Associates to understand customers’ audio-visual interests and requirements.
3. Demonstrate and sell Bang & Olufsen products, delivering detailed customer service before, during and after the sale.
4. Deliver impeccable customer service before, during and after the sale has taken place, creating a solid customer rapport.
5. Act as an ambassador to the brand and represent the brand in and outside the store during key CRM events.
6. Create a positive and collaborative culture for the sales team to thrive.
7. Ensure that the store has impeccable presentation, visual merchandising standards are followed, and the store is always a welcoming environment.
8. Stay up to date with all new products and product features, taking part in sales and product training, as well as delivering training to the team.
9. Support the coordination with internal and external stakeholders (installation team, B&O UK teams, service providers, after sale service, customer service, etc.).
What you bring:
We’re seeking someone with sales and management experience from a premium or luxury retail environment. Furthermore, you:
1. Are motivated, adaptable and able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
2. Have an aspiration to provide great customer service, and a willingness to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded.
3. Possess great team spirit and a professional attitude.
4. Have experience managing a retail team of 5+ people.
5. Have experience with MS Office, perhaps also knowledge of payment and order systems.
6. Enjoy representing a high-end brand, high service level, and are comfortable with smart dressing.
7. Have an interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and audio-visual products.
8. Fluency in English.
