The Beacon School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to oversee the strategic management of school data and reporting systems. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure the accurate curation, storage, and analysis of data within the school's MIS (Bromcom), playing a key part in supporting informed decision-making across the school.What we are looking for:A proven track record in managing data information systemsStrong understanding of data management best practices, including GDPR complianceExcellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to a range of stakeholdersExperience of school based management information systems is desirableAbility to work collaboratively with staff and studentsA proactive and organised individual with good problem-solving skillsWillingness to develop new skills and adapt to new technologiesYou should be a flexible team player with an interest in developing further professionally

Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2
Working pattern: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus one week (40 weeks per annum)Annual Salary: £32,136 - £40,500 (FTE)
Actual Salary: £29,064 - £36,629 (based on hours and weeks of work)
