An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our great college group as Director of Student Experience. The Director of Students Services will provide leadership of Student Services across both campuses (Croydon and Coulsdon), providing student facing support services which attract students to the college, supports students to achieve during their time at college and enhances their experience at college. The postholder will lead on our strategic priority of ‘Making a Difference’, actively building pride in our college and our communities and strengthening the College as an anchor institution. Taking our social responsibility seriously, involving both students and staff to make a social impact.
For the successful candidate, you will have a degree, or equivalent, with significant experience of senior leadership in a college setting and substantial knowledge of safeguarding. You should also have demonstrable experience of setting high expectations and developing highly performing teams, leading quality improvements through innovation and change management to enhance student services.
