ADMIN ASSISTANT, BROMLEYCompany OverviewThe company are seeking an organised, proactive and hard-working admin assistant to support in their office. They are a small team based in Bromley seeking day-to-day support with various admin tasks.Responsibilities
* Managing claims progression to ensure all necessary documents have been obtained
* Contacting clients to request outstanding claims documentation
* Overseeing the organisation and maintenance of One-Drive filing systems
* General admin support – sorting out telephone issues, organising excel databases, answering phones (low call volume) and various other tasks
* Liaising with directors to ensure claim requirements are met
* Overseeing inbox and filing documents accordingly
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* A-level or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years admin support experience required
* Excellent organisational skills
* Highly proactive
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
* Excellent communication skills as part of the job is client facing
* Proficient in Microsoft office
Compensation and Benefits
* Up to £36,000 depending on experience
* 5 days in the office, 9-5:30 with a 30-minute lunch break
* Salary review after 6 months with a potential 5% uplift
