We are now looking to add to our team with a Cashier who will be handling our Yorkshire Building Society customers, working within our office in Ryde.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is methodical, confident, and great with customers, no matter how complex a query may be. You will be taking calls daily, so it’s important to us that you are calm and receptive to information and show a good understanding of the service we provide at Ward House.
At our office, we have an agency for Yorkshire Building Society, and the position on offer is to join this part of our business.
The customer consultant element of your role will see you covering cashiering duties (withdrawals and deposits) as well as opening savings accounts and all banking and accounting. This part requires excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience within a similar position or environment is essential.
This role will require a level of flexibility with your working days/hours as you may be asked to provide additional holiday and sickness cover from time to time.
