Our Hygiene Team Leader roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.
* Lead the department or line to become a motivated and engaged team through job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews, staff training, coaching, appropriate delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
* Proactively take on personal responsibility and accountability to support the Line Manager and cover for them when unavailable.
* Be champions for health & safety and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.

Melton Foods has been developing and making handcrafted, high-quality food to go and entertaining ranges since 1998 on our 10-acre site in rural Leicestershire.
