Please note: This is a fixed-term post for 9 months.
The Scottish Borders Specialist Palliative Care Service is looking for a Specialty Doctor to work 3 days a week within the team on a permanent basis. This post is aimed at Doctors with a specialist interest in Palliative Care. In addition to clinical work within the Margaret Kerr Unit and the hospital outreach team, the post holder will be involved in providing advice and support for community patients at home and in community hospitals. There will be opportunities to participate in an evolving education program across the hospital and work within a larger multi-disciplinary team.
