The opportunity
To assess Pre Approval cases and provide approval or non-approval for adviser-proposed cases. The benefits:
1. Salary - up to £35,000
2. Bonus scheme - on target bonus -7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
9. Assessing Pre Approval cases
10. Contacting 2plan Financial Advisers to discuss cases as required
11. Ensuring Pre Approval records are kept up to date
12. Managing workflow of cases
13. Assisting with Adviser Induction Courses
14. Other compliance work as the business dictates, for example, reviewing procedures, AML, training of 2plan staff and Advisers
15. Proactively identifying trends and feeding continuous improvement
16. Identifying and building relationships with key contacts (both internally and externally) and providing advice and guidance as required
What will you need to succeed?
17. Established experience within a financial services organisation in a previous similar role and
18. Ideally Level 4 diploma qualified. Working towards higher level industry qualifications such as Chartered is advantageous and support will be provided for further study.
19. Knowledge of the following areas is essential, COBS, ICOB and MCOB product and sales process
