Account Management Team Lead
Our rapidly growing Herefordshire based client are seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals to provide retention and growth to customers ensuring a well-oiled sales process and a second to none service delivery.

What you will be doing:
* Maintaining excellent relationships with customers to give a world class service & communications
* Team supervision - guiding & mentoring the account management team
* Performance Management - Setting goals, conducting performance reviews and leading daily/weekly huddles to discuss any customer challenges/scenarios to support our seamless experience to customers
* Resource Allocation - Ensuring the team is staffed appropriately to ensure the team is meeting targets
* Delivering on ‘standards of practice ’Driving GP growth with exceptional service & retention
