We are seeking a proactive professional to design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability for internal systems and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
* Enhance Network Infrastructure: Take charge of managing and optimizing networks, with a particular focus on Meraki technologies, firewalls, multi-site IPSec VPN setups, complex IP schemes, and Wi-Fi design/deployments.
* Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide insights and solutions for Mako and other advanced technologies.
* Multi-Site Solutions: Design, deploy, and support networks across multi-site environments to ensure seamless performance.
* Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Collaborate on Projects: Partner with third-party vendors to deliver cost-effective and timely network services for internal and client projects.
* Security & Continuity: Implement robust change management practices to ensure secure, reliable network operations.
* Team Development: Train and mentor internal teams to meet and exceed SLA targets.
* Optimize Tools: Maintain and enhance the usability of network management tools for teams like NOC and Operations.
* Document Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed network diagrams and technical standards.
What We’re Looking For
Certifications: CCNA required, CCNP
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Meraki networks is essential, alongside knowledge of Mako and other networking technologies.
Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to resolve advanced L3 network issues and optimize network performance.
Multi-Site Experience: Proven expertise in deploying and managing network infrastructure across multiple sites.
Networking Skills: Experience with firewalls, multi-site IPSec VPN setups, complex IP schemes, and Wi-Fi design/deployment.
Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and strong technical presentation skills.
Project Experience: Background in WAN/LAN network design and delivery, with exposure to project management methodologies.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with SD-WAN
Understanding of PCI DSS compliance.
