We are looking for a motivated and customer-driven Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at Select Living Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of internal accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying new sales opportunities. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling both pre-sales inquiries and customer service requests. In addition, you will actively seek out new business, converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
* Respond to pre-sales inquiries and assist clients in finding the right products for their needs
* Proactively prospect for new business, identifying leads and converting them into accounts
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and account management
* Track account performance and work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team
* Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided
* A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
