We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The role will be within our CRM team where you will be responsible for creating and managing multichannel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push messages through our app. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in marketing working in a growing digital marketing team. Within the role you will work collaboratively to coordinate campaigns ensuring they reflect the Tote brand, are within industry guidelines, run smoothly and the best possible results are achieved. The role will be 37.5 hours per week with core business hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however, we are looking for someone who can work flexibility covering weekends when required. The role will be based from our Wigan Office with approx. 3 days per week onsite. A full induction, on the job training and development plan will be put in place for anyone who joins the team. What you’ll be doing: Proofing and setting up campaigns, including setting up testing schedules and evaluating prior to posts being scheduled Reporting on campaigns analysing their success and presenting back to key stakeholders Making suggestions on future improvements to campaigns and then implementing those improvements Supporting the CRM Manager to manage the campaign planner staying abreast of key events and promotions Liaising and working with internal teams to ensure we are delivering a positive customer experience What you’ll need: We are looking for candidates who have a passion for digital marketing and are looking to make the first step in their marketing career and can demonstrate the below skills and competencies: A strong customer focus with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations Ability to demonstrate a passion for CRM, database, social and digital marketing Operationally proficient with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver with clear results Excellent written, time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail A team player with excellent people skills and the ability to build strong working relationships Previous experience in campaign planning, delivery, and optimisation of marketing campaigns is advantageous but not essential A keen interest in Horse Racing or the Gambling industry desirable but not essential What we offer: At the Tote you can expect a friendly working environment with a strong sense of teamwork and pride in what we do.
