* Assisting with the day-to-day management of the finance function
* Raising sales invoices and allocating payments received to clients' accounts
* Matching purchase orders with supplier invoices and allocating nominal codes
* Reconciling supplier statements and preparing timely cheque and BACs payments
* Assisting with the calculation and preparation of the quarterly VAT return
* Completing monthly reconciliation of bank account and credit card statements
