Printvision (UK) Ltd is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy sales office. We are a successful, family-owned business based in Leicester, established for over 29 years, and specialising in the printing of fabric and rigid media products. As our business continues to develop, we are looking for a new addition to our sales team. The successful candidate will be a team player but also have the initiative to work on their own. They will also be competent user of Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor and a professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to move into an Account Manager role at a future date. Their duties will include, but not be limited to: · Supporting the Head of Sales, Regional Account Managers and senior managers to deliver exceptional customer service to our client base at all times · Answering the telephone and responding to clients as required · Sending price and delivery information to clients as it requested, and advising production lead times · Identifying development opportunities and potential new clients through day-to-day engagement and advising the senior sales team · Monitoring our online live chat facility and answering customers queries as they arise · Helping to ensure that all clients are up to date with the latest promotions and product launches · Supporting colleagues, senior managers and company directors where required · General office duties, including filing and paperwork Employment summary: · Salary - £23794.74 · Working Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm with 30-minute lunch break) · Annual Leave - 20 days per year, plus eight Bank Holidays · Office Location - Leicester, LE4 9EX Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
