Account Manager - Aesthetics / Manchester / £51000 - £61000 per annum, quarterly bonus and car allowance \n\n12 month Maternity Cover Contract\n\nAre you passionate about the aesthetics industry and ready to make a significant impact? Our client, a leading life sciences organisation specialising in dermatology, is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join their team covering the Greater Manchester territory. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned company and drive the expansion of their aesthetics portfolio.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDrive expansion of the aesthetics portfolio across key accounts and win new ones within a defined geography.\nImplement strategies to increase sales, account development, penetration, and market share.\nStrengthen relationships with existing customers and cultivate productive relationships with new ones.\nApply your understanding of customer business models and the aesthetics industry to convert competitive accounts and seize opportunities.\nWork closely with the regional sales team and sales and marketing leadership to identify new opportunities.\nMeet targets set by the Regional Business Manager and Head of Sales.\nTailor and deliver education plans in accounts.\nProvide quick and effective responses to client requests.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, brands, and customers.\nShare best practices with colleagues across the Aesthetics Business Unit.\nAssist in the induction of new colleagues.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n\nDegree level education (business, economics, administration preferred but flexible).\nAutonomous with strong planning skills to maximise time in the field and achieve KPIs.\nStrong network of medical contacts within aesthetic clinics.\nEnthusiastic about the aesthetics industry and staying ahead of trends and innovations.\nDemonstrated success in growing business by winning new accounts and developing existing ones.\nExcellent negotiation skills and commercial insight.\nAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners.\nUnderstanding of the diverse roles within a private clinic and their decision-making processes.\nAbility to plan and execute high-quality, compliant training events.\nExperience in the aesthetics sector and/or dermatology is desired.\nEffective listening and interaction skills, with clear and concise communication.\nA full driving license is essential.Car Allowance £725 per month plus bonus of 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly \n\n__PRESENT\n\nShould you require any support or assistance, please contact your local Gi Group office.\n\nGi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited are proud founding members of Menopause in business, pledge members for Neurodiversity in business, Disability committed members, Silver status pledge members for the Armed Forces Covenant, and Bronze trail blazers for Racial Equality matters.
