• Handle approximately 50 incoming calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch service.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and seamless service.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the team and maintain smooth operations.
• Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, documentation, and order tracking.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
