There will be a rotation of duties within the site and the successful applicants will work with our friendly team of Radiographers, Sonographers, and Radiologists in our new busy and dynamic department. Main duties of the job The successful applicant will work closely with the Radiographers, Ultrasonographers and Consultant staff to fulfil the commitment to provide a high quality service to patients undergoing diagnostic procedures. They will oversee and coordinate the outpatient waiting areas; assist with preparing patients for their CT, MR or ultrasound scans and care for them during and after their examinations. There will be a need to cannulate some of these patients and/or take blood samples for testing. A flexible approach and a strong work ethic in this busy environment is required to meet the needs of the service.
