Primary Teaching Opportunities – Somerset
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established primary school in Somerset that is looking for two dedicated teachers to join their team. This school, part of a respected local educational trust, is focused on delivering high-quality education and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment. These roles offer the opportunity to be part of a school that values professional growth and is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Positions Available
Due to expansion and staffing changes, the school is offering two fixed-term roles until August 2025, with the potential to become permanent in September 2025, depending on suitability and staffing needs:
1. KS1 Teacher (Year 1 or Year 2)
An additional KS1 class is opening to accommodate growing enrolment, and the school seeks an enthusiastic teacher to guide young learners through either Year 1 or Year 2. This role will have a significant impact on pupils as they embark on their primary education journey.
2. Year 4 Teacher (KS2)
The school also requires a Year 4 teacher for a fixed-term position to cover an upcoming staff departure at the end of the autumn term. This is an exciting opportunity to work with KS2 students at a critical stage in their development.
Flexible Employment Options
We know that teaching agencies are often associated with concerns over fees and contractual complexities, but this school offers flexible pathways to employment. Candidates can either join through a temp-to-hire arrangement, with the potential to move to a permanent position, or directly through a school contract. Meet & Greet Opportunities

This is a great chance to get a real feel for the school community, ask any questions, and understand the expectations of the roles.
