Reception/Administration Coordinator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £28,000
This role will provide key administrative support to our client's Tunbridge Wells office to enable effective and seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Meetings and Events Manager with various meetings relating to projects and tasks.
2. Meet and greet visitors, accompanying them to the meeting room if required and ensuring a positive guest experience.
3. Book and arrange meeting rooms.
4. Maintain an electronic filing system, ensuring detailed and accurate information is recorded.
5. Scan and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
6. Handle document control including document collating, scanning, and printing.
7. Work closely with on-site reception and security staff to manage visitors.
8. Monitor and respond to messages in the group bookings inbox.
9. Manage stocks of stationery and office supplies, placing orders using the procurement system.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
1. Ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios and situations professionally.
2. A willingness to learn.
3. Confidence.
4. Computer skills (Excel, Word).
5. Availability to work 5 days a week on-site, 40 hours (Monday to Friday).
