We have an established AMHP service that works on a Hub/Spoke model.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Grade 10 Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) / Senior Social Worker to join our AMHP Spoke model. This position will be a Senior Social Worker/AMHP role, and you will be based in the Mental Health and Disabilities service area. You will have a caseload and partake in the 24/7 rota including on calls; we offer an attractive on-call rate in addition to your salary.
At North Lincolnshire, we recognise the expertise, skills, and knowledge of the role and as such, AMHP/Senior Social Workers are central to the service and their teams. The AMHP Hub/Spoke model covers 7 days and includes on-call AMHP shifts. It is essential that you hold both the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification and a social work qualification (registered with Social Work England).
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and be able to work autonomously and as part of supportive and dynamic teams. They will also need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills along with effective communication, organisational, and IT skills.
