Job summary We are looking for experienced nurses to join our OUTSTANDING acute care team at Homerton. We were rated outstanding by CQC in 2020 and are proud of the standards we maintain across our services. Our acute care team consists of a strong nursing and clinical ethos around patient centered care, safety and teamwork. Acute Care Unit is the admission unit for the trust. You will be placed on a supportive and structured education and training pathway, centered around reflective supervision, clinical skills and leadership. We also welcome experienced nurses from a community or nursing home background that are wishing to return to acute care. Please note - this vacancy is not suitable for Overseas Registered Nurses required to take the OSCE exam Main duties of the job You will be required to practice within a team of nursing staff, and act as a 'named nurse'. Your duties will include assessing, planning and evaluating patient needs.
