Your challenges In this role, you will join our VELUX Commercial National Sales team in GB&I, which is dedicated to putting the needs of our customers first. As National Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and management of influencers, endorsers, promotors, key decision makers and specifications with existing main contractors and the business development of new tier 1 contractors nationally. What You Will be Doing: Future proof VELUX Commercial through securing project specifications and sales probability via strong focus on key commercial relationships and securing specifications through effective project management tracking across the commercial sector, example healthcare, MOD, sports & leisure and retail. Maintain CRM records and customer database through the entire project supply chain. Implement strong closing techniques to secure specifications by influencing the entire buying center and key project stakeholders, including architect/specifiers, main contractors, QS, cost consultants and subcontractors Raise VELUX Commercial full product portfolio awareness through delivering company presentations and CPDs. Develop key relationships with all customers with a primary focus on Tier 1 Main Contractors and larger Regional Contractors, plus additional key stake holders. Build effective working relationships with relevant trade, industry and regulatory bodies. Strong focus on building pipeline, maintain records and improving win rate % Where necessary, conduct site visits and surveys (Working at heights) Maintain high relevancy for VELUX Commercial within the commercial market. Establish VELUX Commercial products as a clear choice in both market share and market opinion. Work both individually and with colleagues to achieve company strategy objectives, targets and goals. Monitor market potential and share sales leads with relevant colleagues.
