You will be working for Helapet Limited who specialise in Filter Devices, Medical and Cleanroom Disposables.
You will provide administrative support within the sales office and to our customers and field-based representatives, including order entry together with distribution of product samples and sales literature.
The main duties are:
1) Administrative support
* Monitoring the Sales inbox
* Printing customer orders for processing
* Entering orders onto Pegasus Operations
* Being the first point of contact for telephone/email enquiries and directing where necessary
* Ensuring queries are followed up with customers, dealing with them in an efficient and polite manner
* Ensure delivery notes are passed to shipping in a timely manner
* Organise PODs and collections
* Proactively telephoning customers regarding ordering patterns and status
* Provide cover for telephones and other administrators in their absence.
2) Samples
* Pack and send samples to customers as required
* Ensure samples are packed correctly and the correct postage is applied
* Ensure sample log is accurately updated
* Maintain sample room in an orderly and tidy condition with adequate stock levels.
* Ensure all sales literature is kept up to date and available and filed for easy access
* Liaise with Marketing to ensure sales literature is up to date for new and existing products and sufficient quantities are available.
