Business Analyst
Responsible for collecting client data and provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Management.

Responsibilities:
* Provide Business Requirement Specification and related documents.
* Using current tools to manage large amounts of data.
* Figuring the source of the data.
* Performing data filtering to delete erroneous information.
* Handle data collection, analysis, presentation summaries, and project management support, ensuring reporting accuracy and quality assurance.
* Providing recommendations to update current information to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
* Assisting operation and claims to exchange and manage information.
* Liaising with insurers on all levels to ask for all information needed such as Premium, Claims, and Loss ratio by line of products.
* Manage and be the expert and trainer for all Health Solutions Thailand’s systems.
* Using internal & external data to figure out market and business trends for companies to increase profits and efficiency.
* Manage Pulse Analytics and delivery timeline.
* Gathering internal data through various methods, from H&B's data, or looking at competitor data and industry trends to help develop a picture of where the company stands in the industry, where H&B can improve and where H&B can reduce costs.
* Provide workflows, analyzing data, past trends, current conditions, etc.
* Looking at large chunks of data to understand trends, and then communicate those trends to the company.
* Generate and distribute management reports and data analysis in accurate and ad hoc reports as needed.
* Improving efficiencies, transparency, consistency, and collaboration within H&B and other key cross-functional teams.
* Improving efficiencies of all Analysis reports (Claims Analysis, Benefit Benchmarking Reports, Pulse Survey report, etc.).
* Train new staff and train the new trainers for related processes of the Data Analytics team.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor Degree or higher, preferable in Information Technology, or MIS.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis and business requirements.
* Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
* Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints.
* Organized and analytical skills.
* Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure.
* Good written and spoken fluency in Thai and English.
