About you:
Are you a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 8a) seeking a locum position? Medacs Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join Morriston Hospital in Swansea, to support them in providing expert pharmaceutical advise to clinical teams. Fulltime or parttime accepted.
Key Responsibilities:
The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for leading and delivering a specialist clinical pharmacy service to relevant specialist clinical areas and in the course of their duties will be responsible for;
Providing expert pharmaceutical advice to clinical teams within area of expertise.
Providing recommendations for the long-term development of clinical pharmacy services.
Actively undertake clinical risk management within all areas of pharmaceutical care.Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced and highly Clinical Pharmacist (Band 8a) with:
Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
GPhC registration.
Previous wards-based experience.
Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
